Under those Terms, the words “we”, “us” or “our” mean APRIO Inc.; “you” or “your” means each person or entity that has an interest in, or authorized access to, an account with us.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STATEMENT PERTAINS TO THE INFORMATION WHICH YOU PROVIDE TO APRIO FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND USER ACCESS. WITH RESPECT TO INFORMATION WHICH YOU POST OR INPUT TO YOUR SEAT OF THE APRIO BOARDROOM (YOUR “CONTENT”), YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE SEEK QUALIFIED LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN YOUR JURISDICTION WITH RESPECT TO PRIVACY REQUIREMENTS.
1. PURPOSE: APRIO Account Registration, Administration and Management.
1.1. Contact Information. We ask for business contact information to register your account, administer your account, and manage your account through support and further products and services. In particular, we require some or all of the following:

1.1.4. business telephone number,
1.1.5. business address, and
1.1.6. business email,
of each individual director, governor, trustee, administrator and key advisors which you grant access to, or list as contacts on, your APRIO Webpage (“Contacts”). We require that you obtain the consent of such business contact particulars for each individual prior to posting the information on your site of the APRIO Boardroom, or providing it to us for user access.
1.2. Confidentiality. Although business information is not generally subject to privacy legislation, we treat such contact information, and all additional information which is reasonably required for the above purposes, as confidential. We do not request nor require personal (home) contact information, and we ask that you do not post such information to your site of the APRIO Boardroom. For system security APRIO will maintain a confidential transaction record of user-identification codes (IDs) which are used to sign-on to your seat in the Boardroom.
Any and all information you provide to us will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
2.1. When you provide business contact information such as name, address, contact phone number and e-mail address, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use, nor any other information submitted by you in connection with the Conditions of Use with us.
2.2. Without your prior written permission, we will not disclose such information to any third party, nor use it for any purpose other than to fulfill our obligations under this Agreement or at law.
2.3. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that our security features and standards protect the confidentiality and integrity of your confidential information, including protection from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.
2.4. You may confirm or inspect any of your business information in our possession, and our information management policies or practices relevant to such information, and you may withdraw your consent for us to maintain your business information in our files at any reasonable time on reasonable notice.
Please note that with respect to the Boardroom operations we require certain information for administration and security purposes, and we will be obligated to withdraw your access rights to the Boardroom in the absence of such information.
